Does such an audit interfere with daily production?
Not at all. We take data from your accounting system and Excel. We only appear on the floor for 3-4 hours to check the warehouse and meter status. You don't have to stop machines or pull people away from work.
When will I see the first report with results?
You get a preliminary list of 5-9 specific cost errors from us after 72 hours. We usually close the full report with a repair plan and calculated risk in 11 business days.
What if the audit doesn't find any savings?
We know every screw in the budget, so that's a rarity. However, if your finances are perfect, you'll receive a process tightness certificate from us. Usually, however, we find between 3.2% and 12% savings at the first invoice analysis.
Do you also deal with smaller workshops?
Yes, we serve plants from 8-12 employees upwards. For smaller companies, we've prepared a Quick Review package at a flat price of 2,800 PLN. It's a good way to check if you're overpaying for power or raw materials.
