Answers without beating around the bush
Candidly about how we look for holes in everything in production budgets. Numbers must add up, so we play with open cards.
Does the audit interfere with the factory's daily work?
Not at all. We take data from your accounting system and Excel. We only appear on the floor for 3-4 hours to check the warehouse and meter status. You don't have to stop machines or pull people away from work. Production continues its rhythm.
When will I see the first report with results?
You get a preliminary list of 5-9 specific cost errors from us after 72 business hours. We usually close the full report with a repair plan and calculated risk in 11 days. No fluff and unnecessary theory.
What if the audit doesn't find any savings?
We know every screw in the budget, so that's a rarity. However, if your finances are perfect, you'll receive a process tightness confirmation from us. Usually, however, we find between 3.2% and 12.4% savings at the first invoice analysis.
Do you also deal with smaller workshops?
Yes, we serve plants from 8 employees upwards. For smaller regional companies, we've prepared a Quick Review package at a flat price of 2,800 PLN. It's a good way to check if you aren't overpaying for power or raw materials.
What documents do I need to prepare?
We need access to invoices for energy, raw materials, and summaries from the accounting system. We sign a strict non-disclosure agreement. We are a local Gdańsk company and care about the data security of our 43 permanent clients.
Why does an external auditor see more than my accountant?
Because for 8 years we have only looked at industrial finances. We know energy tariffs and supplier tricks better than sales reps. We look for holes in everything where your accounting only sees a correctly posted invoice.
