I started with a simple question about costs

Tomasz founded Baltic Synergia Consulting in 2015 because he saw too many factories losing money through messy paperwork. For the last 8 years, he has personally checked finances in 43 plants in Pomerania. He doesn't believe in long reports that no one reads. Instead, he bets on hard data because he knows the numbers must add up so the company can calmly plan the next quarter. In the manufacturing industry, results matter, not empty promises.

In his professional work, Tomasz often repeats: concrete instead of theory. This is not just a slogan, but a way of operating. (Heads-up: Tomasz is rarely in the office before 10:00 AM because he spends mornings on production floors with clients). In 2023, he helped a Gdańsk company recover 34,800 PLN a month by finding an error in billing with an energy supplier that lasted over 11 months. Such situations show it's worth checking every detail.

Experience that builds trust

  • Conducted 156 audits in small and medium production companies.
  • Shortened purchase invoice verification time from 4 days to 1.5 days at a carpentry plant.
  • Detected 12 critical gaps in the supply chain for a metal industry client.
  • Implemented cost control systems that returned an average of 4 months.

Before going out on his own, Tomasz worked as a controller at a large plant in Gdynia for 6 years. That's where he learned that we look for holes in everything not to point fingers, but to secure the owner's wallet. He knows every screw in the budget and can explain complicated financial regulations in simple language, understandable for every shift manager. He isn't afraid of difficult conversations about cutting costs if he sees the margin escaping through a leaky ordering system.

Privately, Tomasz lives in Gdańsk and is a fan of local history, though he spends most of his free time anyway analyzing new tax regulations. He believes there's no room for fluff in business. If after two days of analysis he sees an audit won't bring the company real profit, he says so straight. Honesty in relations with local entrepreneurs is the foundation of Baltic Synergia Consulting for him.
